Main Street Re-Surfacing Programme – Phase 6 South Main Street
Restricted Procedure
Wexford Borough Council seek expressions of interest from competent Contractors wishing to tender for Phase 6 (South Main Street) of the Borough Council’s Main Street Resurfacing Programme. The works will consist of the installation of service ducting, drainage, granite paving and macadam surfacing over a circa. 2,500m 2 area of South Main Street in Wexford Town.
Selection of Contractors, who will be invited to tender for the above contract, will be made by means of a single Restricted Procedure. To facilitate Wexford Borough Council in the qualitative selection of tenderers, candidates shall complete and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to the Town Clerk, Wexford Borough Council, no later than 16.00 hours on Friday, 18th September, 2009, in accordance with Articles 24 to 28 of the EC Directive 93/37/EEC as amended by 97/52/EC.
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie and can also be obtained from Eddie Taaffe, Borough Engineer, Wexford Borough Council, Crescent Quay, Wexford, Phone No. 053 9166900, Fax 053 9145947.
All completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires must be returned to The Town Clerk, Wexford Borough Council, Crescent Quay, Wexford,
by 16.00 hours on Friday, 18th September, 2009, clearly marked “Main Street Re-Surfacing Programme Phase 6 South Main Street - Prequalification Submission ”
